How to return my order?
Please proceed to file a claim corresponding to your order transaction. If your dispute is approved and successful, it gives you the seller's shipping address to return. Once your item is received at the seller's end, you will get a full refund.
Who pays returns shipping cost?
Customer is responsible for return shipping and packing due to return policy.
Where to return my order?
You should return your order to the manufacturer’s warehouse address.
How long would it take to get refund after the return?
Refunds will be issued within several business days of receiving the item in resalable condition. If the item is deemed not resalable or damaged, an appropriate amount may be deducted from your refund to cover the damages incurred.
